INITIALLY, THE PRINCIPLES FOCUSED ON THE IMPACT OF CRIMINAL LAWS PROSCRIBING SEXUAL AND REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH AND RIGHTS, CONSENSUAL SEXUAL ACTIVITY, GENDER IDENTITY, GENDER EXPRESSION, HIV NON-DISCLOSURE, EXPOSURE AND TRANSMISSION, DRUG USE AND THE POSSESSION OF DRUGS FOR PERSONAL USE.
